#6 Miranda Mckiernan

Introducing the Citrus College Athlete of the Week, presented by Raising Cane's for the week of April 6-12, Miranda Mckiernan!

Sophomore first baseman/designated player Miranda McKiernan helped Citrus Softball go 3-0 last week, finishing a combined 6-for-9 with two home runs, three doubles, 10 RBIs, two runs scored and one walk.

Her standout performance came in the Owls’ 18-2 conference win at Los Angeles Valley College, where she went 3-for-4 with two home runs—including a grand slam—and a double.

Citrus Softball is currently ranked No. 18 in the state with a 26-13 record and will host Victor Valley College in its final home regular-season conference game on Wednesday, April 22 at 2 p.m.
